Design PortfolioEllie is a multidisciplinary graphic designer based in Sydney, specialising in branding, signage, editorial design, social media content, digital publications and presentation design. She brings a thoughtful and strategic approach to every project, creating visual solutions that are both impactful and refined. Ellie is proficient in various programs, including Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and AfterEffects. 

A graduate of the University of New South Wales (UNSW) with a Bachelor of Design, Ellie combines creative intuition with a strong foundation in design principles.

Homer Rogue Taverna

Branding
HOMER’s branding was to capture the raw, unfiltered energy of a rogue taverna nestled in the heart of Cronulla, Sydney. HOMER isn’t polished or pretentious; it’s loud, warm, and a little rough around the edges. It’s a place where honest food is served, good wine flows freely, and everyone is welcome at the table.

The visual identity draws heavily on the spirit of Athens, its gritty backstreets, and handwritten menus scrawled in the moment. We leaned into a hand-drawn aesthetic: loose and imperfect,. The typography and textures are intentionally rough, giving the brand a sense of spontaneity and charm. It’s quirky and totally unrefined.
